Property S of Albertsons shopping center
Blondel & Suniga, last parcel along Old Town North, new apartments/townhomes, 3 stories – long buildings – all approved
Powerhouse II – plan expired after two years. City hasn’t heard from them in a while.
Dog bar: Approved, but haven’t heard from them
Old BMW/foreign auto – conceptual review on that property took place. It’s barely a piece of property, and some of it is in the railroad’s right of way. Really tough to develop something there.

County: Commissioner Kefalas
Monday night was Halligan water supply hearing. Was approved.
April 21, two big 1041 applications
County transportation funding from last year failed. Had conversation on Monday’s work session. Big takeaway was that most citizens didn’t know about it. Conversation about putting it on the ballot in November again.

Sheriff John Feyen
Last two weeks had critical incidents.
Getting ready for fire season. Two weeks ago they caught the one in Berthoud, one home and a few outbuildings were lost, but was quickly contained.

Police: Kristy Volesky, Assistant Chief
Warm weather season = increased activity
Police meeting with Council re. noise/sound in the City. Hoping to propose a new ordinance specifically for muffler noise. Decreasing
decibel levels, etc.
No significant issues on the N. side recently.
