  • Treasury report: 
    • December 1st monday night christmas party - 6 PM at the innosphere 
  • Candidates: 
    • Amy Hoeven: previous business work and recognition, past experience in immigration work
    • Joan Ginal: announcing a candidacy for next year as Larimer County Treasurer. 
    • Susan Gutowsky: Action on affordable housing through construction of middle income housing - example 302 Conifer St. Mentions renter equity account, Tenant Equity Vehicle in Colorado. Represents “institutional knowledge” in council
  • Frank - Human Bean Update for Coffee for a Cure. Donate 100% of take in for the day from all ten locations. Nearly $60,000 raised. Check presented at CSU game on 11/8/25
  • Coats & Boots - Mary Ann leading the charge. Finishing packing today, distribution at Harris schools on Thursday, 10/28 at Laurel, 10/29 at Linton, 10/29 putman (afternoon), waiting on Irish. 
  • Clark with City Planning - Multiple buildings under way from last year’s approvals. 
  • Chris - URA: 302 Conifer St loan program that as it’s paid back puts money back into NFC area. 1636 - old albertson’s, wanting to add fencing and lighting to the front, added security patrols. Activating a temporary events space in the parking lot. Asbestos abatement at budget host is under way. December 1 URA meeting stormwater and streets is making a presentation on Mason West wastewater alignment. City Council chambers at 5 PM. 3-5 new members from elections on the board. 
  • Susan Gutowsky - City Update: South College corridor improvements between prospect and Trilby, previously limited availability of gas stations, boats. Tree mitigation policy - when removing large trees, how do we replace them. 
    • Matt Hoeven - South College Business Association is already working on south college, how is this different. 
    • Gutowsky: This would be similar to the harmony corridor - promoting facades, land use policies. 
  • Max Duggan - Utilities: Turn off your irrigation! 
    • Keep leaves out of the gutter
  • Jody Shadduck-McNally: 30 year anniversary for open space tax. 2nd highest acreage of conserved area, over 10,000 acres. Thanks sheriff and elected officers for hard work on the budget and innovation. SNAP funding is gone and it’s tragic, share where you can. Gov appointed Jody to Medical Emergency Services Council. Promotes transportation tax that is on the ballot - Issue 1A. 
  • Irene - LC Treasurer. 99% collected. Foreclosures are up a bit, as are releases of deeds of trust
  • John - Sheriff: Opened the voting center at the Larimer County Jail. Fatal accidents recently, please drive safely. 
  • Tiffen - Terry Lake resident. Aragon Holdings loveland ready mix batch plant. 516 N 287. Heavy industry would be on the entry way to Fort Collins, as well as an impact to air quality and ozone production. Loveland ready mix has 24 other locations and this location will negatively impact local residents.
  • Shannon - Launching for holiday season and continuing into 2026 with events. 11/3, 11/13, 11/18, 11/23 (see presentation). 
  • Lexi with Larimer County presentation - Housing opportunities for Landlords
  • Regional elections meeting presented on 5 year homeless strategic plan, recommendations. ​
