  • 1636 (former Albertson’s property)    
    • Have begun clean up
    • Working with neighbors and police
    • Long term development planning is underway
  • Budget Host: closing on property in two days
    • Will immediately be demolished
  • 302 Conifer – mid-income housing project – set to close next week!
    • Breaking ground this fall.  77 units.

City Council:

  • 2025 Community Results are out
    • Citizens feel safe
    • Biggest concern: more affordable housing
    • Want more job availability
    • Public is supportive of Police and enforcement
  • Looking at implementing new budget process
    • Easier for public to participate

Rescue Mission Update: 
FIRE!
  • Fire in the kitchen on Saturday night
  • Displaced 82 people
  • Working on remodeling so people can get back in
    • Will be down some capacity regardless
  • City and churches have stepped in
  • Mason overflow shelter is only an overnight shelter
  • Downtown library is feeling a big impact

County:         
Jody Shadduck-McNally
  • County budget
    • State cuts will most likely affect County
  • Transportation sales tax will be on the ballot
  • First West Nile death in Larimer County this year
  • 9/10 PSD Advanced Manufacturing Lab is opening     
    • Partially funded by County and Bohemian

    • 100+ others have inquired or have been involved in some way
