Our board comprises of local business owners and vested community partners. Our goal is to advocate for North Fort Collins to bring development and education to its local businesses.

Dean Hoag
President 

As a North College land owner and business owner Dean has served on the NFCBA board since it's establishment in 1990.

Greg Woods
​​Secretary

Greg is a Sales Executive with Johnson Storage. He has served on the NFCBA board since 2004. Greg is father of 4 daughters and a recent grandpa. He enjoys his family, fishing, camping and cheering on his favorite Colorado sports teams.

Don Butler
Treasurer

The owner of Cottonwood Plaza. Don serves the NFCBA while running the coats and boots programs in our schools for over 13 years.

Ron Lautzenhieser
Board Member

Ron and his son Jim own Big O Tires and Grease Monkey. Ron has been in the business for more then 53 years. Ron has served on the board since 2001. He has been a leader in starting Project Smile and creating the N. College URA

Charlie Messerlian
Board Member

Charlie has owned Fort Collins Truck Sales for over 35 years. He has served on the NFCBA board since 2014.

Mary Ann Corliss
Board Member​

Mary Ann retired from 40 years serving in executive management in local banking, including starting up two banks.  She is now a licensed CNA and an In-Home Caregiver providing services to the elderly and confined.  She has served on the Board since 2013.

Dan Larsen
Board Member

Dan is the Safety Director, Corporate Secretary of Phase 2 Construction

Michael Bello
Board Member

Michael works for The CPI Group as a project manager on commercial construction projects.  He has been involved in North College activities and the NFCBA since 2006. 

Bryan Watkins
Board Member 

Bryan is a mortgage loan specialist with First Western Trust. He has served on the board since 2013. Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and all Colorado living activities!

Seth Forwood
​Board Member

Seth Forwood is the Vice President of Program for Northern Colorado at Denver Rescue Mission. He joined the board in 2025. 

Carrie Levy
​Board Member 

Carrie is the business development director of Exodus Moving & Storage, Inc. Carrie joined the board in 2025. 

Max Poling
​Board Member 

Max is the Hand of the Queen at Compost Queen and is the website manager for the NFCBA. Max joined the board in 2025.
